Digipak the other images used.

Here are other images edited on Photoshop on my Digipak.
With this image I was inspired by Tiwa Savage's original album cover for the song "Love Me"
I used this image above for my track list and edited it on the former online photo editing service 'Picnik' because I was more familiar with it. The final outcome was

Digipak Planning- Making the front panel

Many front panel digipaks contain a picture of the artist, so I wanted to mirror this on my Digipak. The cover of my front panel is a image of the artist Shola Ali who plays Tiwa Savage in my music video for the song 'Love Me.' The artist has her hand held in a heart shape, this portrays that the main theme of the song is about love. I took this picture in the TV Studio and used the pink lights to give the picture a brighter effect which will reflect that the song is going to be upbeat and very lively.
I then used photoshop to edit the image.
I wanted to add the title "Love Me" to the cover, and I wanted it to be in distinctive writing. A friend told me about this website called dafont.com where you can get cool range of different fonts, so I went on to this website and produced my text
I used photoshop to place the text unto the cover
I then added my logo which is a red heart onto the image, and this is the final product.

Creating the front cover of my Digipak

For the front cover of my Digipak I am going to have a picture of the main artist holding up an African designed scarf. The reason for this is to convey that the genre the album is going to be with is Afro-Beats, Afro-beats is a mixture of Afro-beat and pop music. This is the front cover before it being edited on Photoshop.
I used Photoshop to edit the picture
Below you can see my final copy of the picture, I used the text tool on Photoshop to add the artists name "Tiwa Savage". I used the colour red for the title and the reason for this is that red is a strong bold bright colour, this represents the music that will be on the album.

Digipak planning.

I took a range of photo's of my artist to put on my digipak
I am going to use this picture on the fold in panel of my Digipak. As you can see the artist has spots on her forehead so I am going to airbrush them using photoshop.
After the editing on Photoshop the final picture came out like the one below, and as you can see the spots are no longer visable.

Website planning

In class today we looked at a website where you can produce your own website called "wix.com"
We then got shown a website that was created by a member of staff, Dean Waite. http://www.wix.com/deanwaite/dean-waite-illustrations He introduced us to this website and guided us on the main things we needed to know on how you produce our own website. We has a question and answer session which allowed me to gather up ideas and note down things that he said and did on his website on my own. Our teacher then directed us to go on to the website in class and familiarise with it. I made a draft website for my school's album

Music video planning

I met up with my artist Shola, who will be playing Tiwa Savage in the music video for 'Love Me.' I showed her the storyboard and the shot list and asked her what she thought about it. She almost added some good idea's which lead to me changing parts of the storyboard and shotlist. We then arranged on what days we are going to film and the costumes and props. I decided that she should have different hairstyles and costumes on different days, as in many current music video's today it is very common for the artist to have several different outfits and hairstyles in the video. For example in Beyonce's famous 'Countdown' video she has a range of different hairstyles and costumes.
As we can see in the image above Beyonce is wearing different garments, and I believe this is done to make the video look less boring and exciting. This also may have been done to show the audience that Beyonce is a stylish person. I wanted to convey this with my artist as well.
